How is the OCTIM apple vinegar made?

The OCTIM apple vinegar is obtained from the natural, biological vinegar fermentation of apple wine. It does not contain any preservatives because there is no such need, as the natural process of fermentation ensures its durability and excellent taste. It is produced solely from Polish apples.

The OCTIM apple cider vinegar is pure health because it contains vitamins as well as macro- and micro-nutrients such as potassium, iron, magnesium, sodium, zinc, silicon and phosphorus.

In the ancient times apple vinegar was used as a remedy for many ailments. Even the Old Testament speaks positively about it. It is believed that Cleopatra added it to her bath and Roman legionaries effectively satisfied their thirst by drinking a beverage with the addition of it. Hippocrates, who is regarded as the father of medicine, mentions in his works that he recommended the use of apple vinegar for many ailments.

According to natural medicine, apple vinegar helps fight among others: sore throat, fungal diseases, acne, dandruff, sores and skin lesions, overweight, varicose veins or warts.

Drink apple vinegar for your beauty! The proprieties of apple vinegar improve skin firmness and smoothness. It is a good practice to use it for daily skin care, hair rinse or bath. Everyday drinking of a beverage consisting of a glass of water and a spoonful of apple vinegar will have a positive impact on the entire body.

Experiment while cooking
Refreshing drink with OCTIM apple vinegar
Ingredients:
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of OCTIM 6% apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 50 ml of fresh orange juice
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A spring of fresh mint
  • Ice cubes

How to prepare:
Pour water into a highball glass. Add OCTIM 6% apple vinegar, freshly squeezed orange juice and honey. Mix. Add the cinnamon, ice cubes and mint.

Mustard dressing with mint
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons of OCTIM honey mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of OCTIM 6% apple vinegar
  • 150 ml of canola oil
  • 50 ml of warm boiled water
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • freshly chopped mint

How to prepare:
Put mustard, vinegar and lemon juice into the bowl. Pour rapeseed oil in a small stream and do not stop stirring. Finally, add water and mix. Add freshly chopped mint. Season for better taste with salt and pepper. Serve with salads and meats.
